Our vertical integration is our advantage
Our strength is vertical integration — we do everything ourselves. From the initial inquiry to the system running in production at the customer’s site.
It starts with listening: we go through the inquiry together with the customer, analyse the workpiece and process, and turn that into a concrete, workable quotation. Once the order is placed, everything comes together under one roof — mechanical design, electrical design and software development, our own control cabinet manufacturing and our own CNC machining.
This depth makes us fast and independent. Where others wait on external manufacturers and their capacity, we respond ourselves — to schedule pressure, to changes, to market shifts. Every system is built up, commissioned and tested in-house at VKE: mechanically, electrically and in software. The customer accepts their system with us in advance, before we install it on site and support it through to final acceptance.
